The slowly closing lid & seat are rather unique to your industry; they add a touch of class to an otherwise unmentionable subject.
Your staff was extraordinarily helpful and courteous with prompt follow-up.
The negatives begin with no model number necessitating taking photos of the toilet to achieve a proper seat replacement. Cumbersome. Also my seat, although well packed arrived with a significant scratch under the seat cover.
Is this a “big” factor? No, as where the scratch is you don’t really see it, but still.
