NOTICE REGARDING UNITED STATES CUSTOMS TARIFFS

Please be aware when placing orders on our website, that the assortment of parts and products available on our website are predominantly manufactured CHINA. As such, they are subject to tariffs or customs duty fees that US Customs determines and applies to them upon being imported into the USA. International orders to other countries outside Canada may also be subject to similar import duties.  The fees assessed are the responsibility of the consignee/receiver and will be collected prior to being processed and delivered by the courier service facilitating the shipment. These added fees are not included on our invoice to the purchaser and may or may not be assessed based on the value of the shipment.

If such fees are applied to orders entering the USA, US Customs may direct the courier to contact the receiver and obtain either their US Federal Business Tax ID, or an individual’s social security #, then they will apply and collect said fees. This may result in delayed delivery of the shipment.

Failure to provide the information when requested may result in the shipment being held or possibly returned to the shipper. Should this be the case, any added fees incurred by us, the shipper, will be deducted from the refund, which will not include original shipping charges. We may also apply our standard restocking fee of 30% of the value of the item(s). Shipments refused for any reason might also be subject to these additional return and restocking fees.
